The SPECTRUM side is stacked with Japanese DJ favorites, including the funky & mellow “Tomato Ippatsu” (also covered by Fantastic Explosion), the killer light-mellow brass funk/disco “In the Space,” and the mid-tempo Japanese boogie “Passing Dream” with an irresistible intro. The Starship Synthesizer Orchestra side delivers synth-disco covers of classic sci-fi themes like Star Wars, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Space Battleship Yamato, and Close Encounters. A total winner. |
