After Kiyotaka Sugiyama left the group, 1986 Omega Tribe restarted with Carlos Toshiki on vocals, later renaming themselves again as Carlos Toshiki & Omega Tribe.
This first album under the new name includes standout tracks such as the synth-bass-driven boogie cut “Emmy Angel” and the urban dancer “Call Back Again,” filled with the scent of the city at night.
