Comment
A powerful Japanese fusion double-sider featuring Kazuhiko Iwami’s guitar, Kenji Nakamura’s keyboards, Makoto Aoyagi’s saxophone and piano, Ko Shimizu’s bass, and Rikiya Higashihara’s drums. “Believin’” delivers an energetic jazz-funk groove, while “The Lady of Toledo” pairs a wistful melody with the band’s precise, dynamic ensemble playing.
